Through various photo contests and people finding me on Flickr, I’ve had a few photos published through the years. Here is where you can find them:

• April 2013: Instagram
  • My photo from inside one of the glass igloos at Hotel Kakslauttanen was featured in a post about the hotel on the Instagram blog.
• April 2012: TM Daily Post
  • My photo “Rice University in Miniature” was featured in an article by Sonia Smith about the highest paid professors in Texas.

• January 2012: Grimsby Telegraph
  • My photo “The First Sunrise of the New Year” was featured in an article about how you should send “stunning local photographs” in to the Grimsby Telegraph.

• January 2011: National Geographic
  • National Geographic featured my photo “A Not Too Foggy Night” as their Photo of the Day!

• May 2009: Schmap Brisbane
  • Schmap used my photo “A Portrait of Curiosity” in their guide to the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens.

• Jan 2009: Friendlytown, NSW?
  • My photo “Ooh, I Won!” was included in an Australian Traveler article about how Temora is known as one of the friendliest towns in NSW.

• Jul/Aug 2008: InTravelMag: Mosquito Bay’s Bioluminescence, Vieques, Puerto Rico
  • My photo “Kayaking into the Unknown” was used on the second page of this article.

• Jun 2008:“New Energy” English Course
  • My photo “The Zorbonaut” is being used in an English course handbook in Italy that will have 10,000 copies published.

• Apr 2008: Mondial Enterprise
  • Mondial Enterprise is using my photo “The Unisphere” on the front page of their site.

• Mar 2008: Glasmod
  • Glasmod used my photo of Federation Square in Melbourne on their homepage.

• Dec 2007: Schmap New York
  • Schmap used my photo “We Are French!” in their guide to the Schubert Theatre in NYC.

• Feb 2007: The Rather Hungry Wildlife
  • My photo “Making an Ass of Himself” won Honorable Mention in the Rice University International Programs 8th Annual Photo Contest with a rather toned-down title.  I also designed the photo contest website.
